Reserve Future Order

Reserve Future Order by Fleet - the reserve can optionally include driver details. This request indicates commitment by fleet to fulfill the future order. This request can be performed multiple times so different driver can be assigned until the order becomes active.
The responsibility of the fleet to call /accept API when driver is on the way to pickup, if the /accept API is not called Gett may assign the order to different driver
