Sections renaming

2 main sections of the documentation were renamed to ease the understanding.
- Fleet Server API is now called Gett to Fleet API to highlight the essence that Gett issues requests towards partners' servers.
- Fleet Client API is now called Fleet to Gett APi so it's more apparent that a partner towards Gett should trigger the requests mentioned.
No changes were made to the APIs or their definitions.
